A customer can pay for their order via online payment or cash on delivery. We support multiple online payment options that includes net banking, credit/debit card (Visa, Master and Maestro) and cash cards. Our trusted payment gateway, with secure encryption ensures that your transaction is safe. Alternatively, one can pay at the time of delivery as well. We accept cash only. At the time of checkout, customer needs to mention the preferred mode of payment (online payment, cash). A customer can use cash at the time of payment.
Delivery is free for orders above Rs.500. For any orders below that we charge Rs.50 or slightly more depending on the distance as a delivery charge.
A customer can get a refund in terms of our loyalty points. Alternatively, if the payment has been made online, one can get an online refund. Online refund typically takes around 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
